CHAINMAKING MACHINERY for 11 to 16mm
Columbus McKinnon designed and built line of pay-off, bender, Double-headed
welder and final trimmer. Fitted with modern solid-state weld control panel
and associated electronics. Sizes 11 to 16mm. Complete with adequate tooling,
tool drawings and spares. Speed 18 to 40 links per minute. 2 x approx.
200 KVA transformers. Recent partial rebuild.
CHAINMAKING MACHINERY for 8 to 14mm
Similar line of pay-off, former, double-headed welder and final trimmer
but with Wafios KEB5 bender. Sizes 8 to 14mm. Complete with adequate tooling,
tool drawings and spares. Speed 23 to 70 links per minute. 2 x approx.
150 KVA transformers.
CHAINMAKING MACHINERY for 12 to 20mm Two machines
(a) Wafios KEB7 former with facility for vee cut blanks. Size range
10 to 20mm. Complete with adequate tooling and tool drawings. Speed 20
to 50 links per minute.
(b) Meyer, Roth and Pastor KSS20 welder with cam controlled upset modified
to produce high strength chains in the size range 12 to 20mm. Fitted with
modern solid state weld control panel and associated electronics. Speed
6 to 20 links per minute. 315 KVA transformer. Recently completely rebuilt.
Meyer, Roth and Pastor KSS20 welder. size range 12 to 20mm. Fitted with
new weld control panel and associated electronics. Speed 10 to 15 links
per minute. Suitable for grade 3 (30) and 4 (40) chains.
